Meineke Car Care Center

from the time drove up in the parking lot.I was meeted by smiles and respect.I came through the door I introduced myself to Mike and Chris, awesome price. Thank you guys for your wonderful service. happy customer ❤️👍🏿👏🏿

I didn't get the guys name but the guy who helped us at the front desk was so kind and awesome. He told me I could make it from Sacramento to my home in Oregon if I took it slow and didn't push the car very hard. He eased my mind and I did exactly what he said. I made it home safe and sound. I was traveling from Modesto CA. to Salem Oregon. I had my 11 year old nephew and two dogs that don't know me. My Aunt and Uncle just passed and so I went to get their two orphan dogs. Thank God he gave us traveling mercies and brought that kind man to us.

Don't ever bring your car here. I had them replace my front brakes on my truck. My front driver brake pad lock up and was smoking on my front right tire. I got stuck in Vallejo and paid a tow truck $250 to get home. I had another mechanic look at it, and they told me Meineke didn't put the clips in to hold the pads. Photo is a copy of the spring clips they didn't install.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at Meineke in Elk Grove. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with genuine kindness, professionalism, and transparency. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, informed, and taken care of every step of the way. Not only did they quickly diagnose and explain the issue with my vehicle in a way that made sense, but they also offered multiple options without any pressure. The work was done faster than expected, and the quality is unmatched. My car runs better and I left the shop with total peace of mind — something I rarely feel after auto service. It’s rare to find a shop that’s honest, skilled, and truly custom…

I highly recommend Meineke for car maintenance services. They truly care about their customers’ needs and consistently deliver prompt and efficient service. The team is professional, skilled, and dedicated to getting the job done right the first time. Their expertise and attention to detail give me confidence every time I bring my vehicle in. If you're looking for reliable and expert car care, Meineke is the place to go.
